I had a mixed experience at the resort. The location is absolutely stunning with a breathtaking beach and spacious areas, making it very family-friendly. The rooms were well-furnished, but we did have some issues with the shower and hot water. The dining options were decent but could use more variety, especially for lunch and dinner. The service was a letdown due to untrained staff which impacted our stay.
